Corporate Social Responsibility
FCDO Services’ ultimate purpose is to serve the public around the world, through the delivery of secure products and services, to ensure the world is safer, fairer and more prosperous.
Our staff and our partner organisations care about delivering their public duty, whilst using our skills and creativity to minimise further harm to our fragile planet. We want to work together to secure a common good. We are proud of our approach and contribution to this sustainable ambition.
Specifically, we will:
• Source and sell with integrity through an ethical supply chain
We give our customers confidence in the products and services we sell and the way we sell them. We increase transparency in how our products and services have been sourced and made, because conducting fair business and customer relationships today will build a stronger FCDO Services for tomorrow.
• Unlock staff potential
We create a diverse and inclusive culture, with a strong focus on wellbeing, because the future of our business depends on us, as staff, reaching our full potential.
• Deliver more with less
We innovate to use natural resources as efficiently as possible and reduce our environmental impact and emissions, because by delivering more with less, we’ll protect our long-term financial sustainability.
Modern slavery statement
The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires that organisations with an annual turnover of over £36 million must produce and publish a modern slavery statement each financial year. FCDO Services’ Modern slavery statement summarises the steps taken during the last financial year to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chain.
In addition, FCDO Services are continually evaluating and appraising the way we conduct our business and the suppliers we engage with. Therefore, our statement includes any new initiatives we are taking forward into the new financial year to continue to aid our efforts to combat modern slavery.
