The equipment they use must be regularly serviced and maintained and if it fails, it must be swiftly repaired or replaced.
Our global network of technical specialists, known as Secure Technical Services Officers (STSOs), install, maintain and support classified IT, radio, telephony systems and protective security equipment in all the UK’s embassies overseas, providing a full range of servicing, technical advice and on-site support.
We have specialised in security solutions for over 60 years, our teams work in challenging and hostile environments with varying levels of local infrastructure. We provide our services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can provide immediate response. Our worldwide network allows us to mobile teams for additional support if required. The specialist knowledge and support that we provide helps the embassy to function efficiently.
