A team from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office were relocating. This meant they would no longer have access to the secure mail services provided within the FCO‘s central offices in London. However, the team required mail access to a large volume of sensitive information, including passports. FCO Services worked with the FCO to provide a secure solution by establishing what services the team required for the short and long term and how we could best meet their needs.
We re-directed all mail to the new premises and set up a secure internal mail collection and delivery services between the new office and other FCO locations.
As a result, we were able to provide specialist support over the move period so that the office could concentrate on providing a full service as usual. Since the move, the services we provide continue to ensure the secure delivery and collection of internal mail.
