We are proud to announce we successfully achieved Investors in People (IiP) accreditation on 1 April 2010. We are committed to retaining the IiP standard because we believe high quality, well informed and well trained staff are essential to develop and maintain our business, as well as providing our customers with the quality of service they deserve.

We've achieved BS25999 certification - the industry standard for business continuity.

We're pleased to confirm that we've achieved certification against the requirements of BS 25999, the Business Continuity Management System standard after a successful assessment by the British Standards Institute. This recognises the robust processes that have been implemented across our business. We are committed to delivering services to our customers in the event of a major disaster or a minor incident, so that the effects of any incident or disruption can be minimised.

Recognition for high quality standards: ISO9001 certification

We recently achieved international quality standard certification ISO 9001 in the areas of Perimeter and Protective Security and Secure Disposal. This is a demonstration of our commitment to maintaining the high standards of quality that our customers expect. We are continuing to work hard to deliver the best customer experience and reduce our costs to benefit our customers, while at the same time maintaining the high quality standards as recognised by the British Standards Institute
