Strategic Management of FCO Services is directed by a Management Board, comprising the Chief Executive and Accounting Officer, Executive Directors and part-time Non Executive Directors. Its primary responsibility is to review strategic options, set corporate policy, and monitor performance at a corporate level.
The FCO Services Audit Committee supports the Management Board and Accounting Officer in their respective responsibilities for issues of risk, control and governance, and associated assurance.
The FCO Services Executive Committee supports the Chief Executive by taking ownership of all matters relating to the administration and operation of the organisation, its use of resources and perfomance in accordance with the business plan.
